Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AuraOS: WiFi File Explorer Android application ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the app does

The app runs a local HTTP file server on your Android device. Other devices on the same Wi-Fi network can connect to that server in a browser to view, stream, or download files from folders you explicitly share. The app does not use any remote server operated by us.

2. Your responsibility for shared content

You are solely responsible for the files you choose to share and for who can reach your device on the network. In particular:

• Only run the server on networks you trust.
• Do not share content you do not have the right to share.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass security features beyond what is permitted by law.
• Use the app in a way that violates Google Play's Developer Program Policies.

4. Advertising

The app is free and supported by ads served via Google AdMob. Some features may be temporarily unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure against every possible network attack.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, files, or profits, arising from your use of the app.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may update or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
